Youth Employment Program

Program Overview: The Catch My Debt program is designed to empower youth ages 12 to 18 by teaching them financial literacy and entrepreneurship, with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the workplace. Through this program, participants will develop key skills in money management, savings, and responsible financial decision-making while also learning about job readiness and career development.

Program Age Groups:

Ages 12 to 15: Participants will be able to shadow their peers and mentors, gaining insight into various job roles and responsibilities within the store. They will observe real work environments, learning the basics of customer service, sales, and store management, while developing soft skills that prepare them for future employment.

Ages 16 to 18: Participants in this age group will have the unique opportunity to both learn and be employed during the summer at our store. They will gain practical experience working in different positions, including customer service, cashiering, inventory management, and sales. This experience will help them build a strong foundation in both financial literacy and entrepreneurship while preparing them for future career opportunities.

This program is for those students ages 12 to 18. Our students aged 16 to 18 will be able to work at our location to earn money. Those that are aged 12 to 15 will be able to shadow their peers only during the summer.
